We are a team of volunteer students with limited time - that means that if you email us and your question is answered here, we won’t be able to reply, so please check thoroughly!

Payments

Capstone Project

General

  • No. You do not have to let us know if you are missing an individual session.

    If you realise you can no longer attend the entire course and would like to forfeit your place, please contact the team at schoolofclimatechange@gmail.com.

  • Not necessarily - you must attend 5 out of 8 sessions to receive a certificate. That means you can miss 3 sessions without impacting your eligibility.

    Oxford Climate Society is a student-run society. We are made up of University of Oxford students but are not part of the University proper.

    We cannot sponsor visas, provide accommodation, transport etc. to participants.

  • In-person participants: We take a register at the Ship St Lecture Centre before each session. Come to the desk before the session starts.

    Online participants: Our systems do not record your attendance. We rely on participants to self-report their attendance at the end of the course. This will be via an online Feedback form made available after the Week 8 session.
